First Moon Circles empower young women to feel prepared, informed and positive about menstruation and to embrace their whole selves: body, mind and spirit. They offer holistic menstrual education to empower girls and their families to be period-positive, whilst recognising that the onset of menstruation (menarche) is an important, sacred rite of passage that shapes young women’s lives and wellbeing.
